"I found yoga in ED recovery via YouTube and now I guess I'd say that I continue to recover through my own practice and teaching others.

In December 2018 I gained by 200hr YTT qualification with the help, patience and encouragement of (the pretty outstanding) Dan Peppiatt and his/our Yoga Like Water family. Prior to this I knew asana, I could meditate and I assumed I was okay with breathing because, well, I was alive. But now I know the what, the how and the why of these and it's something I believe could be invaluable to everyone and anyone trying to navigate their way through 2019 and the unknown, uncertain beyond. 

Personally I'm here to focus on yoga with a sense of humour and total lack of pretension. A practice with determination and passion but that also winks at, enjoys and celebrates very real and very, very natural imperfection.

I want to invite you to move your body and brain outside of any set, static or stale shape; connect and communicate positively with your physical and mental self; in order to nurture and nourish the most important relationship you'll ever have."
