"My yoga practice began (aside from following the Geri Halliwell yoga VHS back in the day!) when I went through a period of severe anxiety. I was searching YouTube for something to focus on, other than my immediate feelings, and so cue my introduction to Yoga with Adriene.
For the next three years my practice was built solely through following Adriene's videos from the safety of my living room.
In early 2019 I finished my 200hr teacher training with Sally Parkes BSc and as I completed the course, yes I finally found a love for public classes!
For me, yoga is about connecting to your mind and body and experiencing how different it can be on any given day. I hope that through my classes I can help others to build this connection, challenge the body and get creative!"
