If you’ve always wanted to give Yoga a go but haven’t quite known how or where to do so, this is for you!
In a double bill of workshops designed specifically for beginners we will of course be covering what are considered the basics. But far more than that, we will guide you through the breaths and poses, moments of movement and seconds of complete stillness that form the essentials, the foundation blocks of any yoga and meditation practice.
Through keeping our group size small (6 max) we will create a friendly, safe and supportive environment for all, in which you will be encouraged to connect, listen and respond to your own body, own breath and own needs in a way that isn’t always possible in a class situation.
Expect mindful movement, perhaps an epiphany and a cup of tea.
